Of COURSE Trump will return to Twitter if given the opportunity. A pathological narcissist wouldn't turn down any chance to garner more attention.

I think twitter is dead- unless Musk does some serious enhancements to it.      I honestly dont think many people use it.  The only way I know who tweets anything is from what the media reports.   If the news agencies quit publishing stories about who tweeted what I dont think anyone would know or care.   

I actually like it.  I have met some interesting folks on Las Vegas Twitter.
