Elon Musk is buying Twitter...oh wait!

That was before he started babbling about it being a free speech zone and letting white nationalist and conspiracy kooks back on. I worked in the Interent ad busines for 20 years and I know this stuff well. AC has even mentioned a time or two how it is difficult to get ad network approval for LVA because a lot of the content here is about legal gambling.

Elon told lenders he was going to run ads and then afterwards he started telling everyone else it he was going to make it an extreme free speech zone. The lender approval was based upon running these new ads.  Twitter already allowed more edgey content than any of the other big social media companies. It can't be both ad friendly and an anything goes free speech zone. If he is gonna run ads, the platform is going to have be heavily sanitized to the extent that it is corporate America friendly. Twitter did not run in content ads in the past becuse they didn't want to heavenly censor their users which they rely on to create content.

Complaining about the percentage of bots, is likely simply a pretext for killing the deal.

Twitter banned those who questioned the validity of the Steele dossier.  Twitter banned those who pointed out that the shit on Hunter Biden's laptop was real.  What worst, is that continued to ban these topics AFTER Twitter understood the truth.  Twitter has an agenda of hiding any truth that that looks bad for Sleepy.

Twitter has a terrible record of banning the truth that they do not want the public to know about.

So you 🤔 Pfizer wants to run ads on anti-vaxx tweets?

I don't have a clue what Mark is talking about.

If Pfizer buys a Twitter ad that ad under Elon's proposed ad system could appear on any Tweet including anti-vaxx tweets.

It's partisan because Musk believes that all views should be heard, unlike todays Liberals who want to silence every and all opposing views.  Biden has gone as far is creating a disinformation government agency.

It should be noted that the leader of this agency has a magnificent history of spreading disinformation.  She claimed that Steele dossier was legitamate and would certainly censor those stating otherwise.  She also told the world that Hunter Biden's laptop was a Russian ploy, and she certainly would cesor those stating otherwise.

George Orwell is turning over in his grave.  Remember when Liberals loved free speech?

Went you the guy who always lectures the board about businesses having the freedom to run their business the way they want to?    That's what you are always telling Kevin when he complains about casinos,

twitter is not a public forum funded with tax dollars.    If you don't like their rules go onto Trumps platform.    From what I hear his free speech paradise isn't doing very well either.

I don't like monopolies. These social media sites have the corner on thought, and that is far worse than a auto company monopoly.

The casino monopoly in Las Vegas is equivalent to the social media one....and there are no barriers to entry to the latter....and no power from the existing companies to force competitors out of business beyond customers choosing one over the other.

trump made a place for Jan 6 sympathizers to vent their free speech.    He doesn't seem to be stealing many customers from Twitter.

There is not one casino that has more than maybe 5% of the Vegas business..............and that's just at one location across the country.  2-3 Liberal sites control 90% of the social media across the US.

Libs hate free speech.

I know you're not that obtuse about who owns the casinos on the strip.

and I also know you voted for the guy who said the free press is the enemy of the people

Twitter has roughly an 8 percent market share. Meta has roughly an 80% market share. I think you are looking in the wrong place.
