It doesn't surprise me for a second that Kevin and Mark don't believe that those with views different than theirs should not be allowed to be heard by others. I'm confident that those who wrote the Constitution intended all views to be heard. I suspect that Mark agrees with my stance, but he doesn't agree with those who wrote the Constitution. He believes that he and other Libs have found a loophole.
