Even in the worst-case scenario

Let's say the RepubliQ take control of the House and the Senate. There are still several walls that will block off their fascist agenda:

1. Biden can and will veto any evil crap that reaches his desk.

2. The Democrats will deploy the filibuster in the Senate--the same tactic the RepubliQ have been using to block legislation.

3. The RepubliQ may have defectors in both the House and Senate, and since their margin will be small, that will kill much of their agenda. There are Republicans who, especially if Trumphole runs again, may decide to break away from the party of assholes.

4. Much legislation requires more than a simple majority to pass.

So don't worry, folks...the most likely outcome of the elections is gridlock.

I am not worried at all regardless of who wins. I am busy stocking up on 🍿 for when the indictments start dropping after the election.

I wish I had your faith in the process. All a case has to do is hit a Trumpy judge and it'll die instantly. And even if there's a prosecution and conviction, red state Republipig governors will hand out pardons like candy.

Case in point: how many subpoenas has Trumphole ignored, and have there been any consequencess whatsoever?

    How long has the FBI and the DOJ held on to and refused to release the monumental evidence of brain dead Biden and his son Hunter conducting traitorous acts with China? After the November 8 elections and the swearing in of the new Republican majority in the Senate and House in January, 2023,  you will see subpoenas for brain dead Biden, Hunter Biden, Mayorkus, and many other lying Democrat traitors - and there will be real consequences.   "consequencess"? - even a 3rd grader knows how to spell... 

And it will get nowhere, because there is no actual evidence of any wrongdoing. If you know of any, please tell us. And be specific, and let us know how you're aware of it but nobody else is. And don't weasel and say "the evidence is that Democrats are ruining America" or any of your other nonsense. Show us real, concrete evidence that Biden and/or his son did anything "traitorous." And I don't mean the David Miller definition of "traitorous," either (you've said multiple times that anyone voting Democrat is a traitor).

Whatever grandstanding the RepubliQ do--impeaching Biden, or whatever--will die a slow death. They'll never have enough votes to make it stick.

     Come January 2023, the FBI and DOJ will have to produce the evidence. 

If any such evidence exists. There's no indication that it does, despite all the deliberately vague conservitard claims.

Also, those agencies operate independently. Just because a bunch of RepubliQ assholes in Congress stand up and scream, that doesn't mean that federal law enforcement has to listen to them. It's called "separation of powers," and exists for a reason.

   What happens after the January 2023 swearing in remains to be seen. By the way - the evidence is there and has not been released because the FBI and the DOJ have been compromised and the DemocRats have seen to it that this evidence has not been released because they know that they are the ones who will be brought to justice if and when the information comes to light.
