Everything is rape-ier in Texas

This is hilarious. Only a couple of days after Swalwell's resignation, Texas congresspervert Gonzales was forced to leave office for essentially the same offense--sexual misconduct.

As Davey Dog the rapist supporter has never complained about his orange hero's rape conviction and multiple accusations against him, it makes sense that he has never complained about Gonzales. We certainly haven't seen a copied and pasted Facebook rant about him!

So given Miller's obvious support for MAGA rapists, and his faux outrage about Swalwell, we have to conclude that he's not opposed to Republican rape: "He's a pervert, but he's OUR pervert."

The gal he was involved with was his employee. And she committed suicide by setting herself on fire.

    And your point?

What she said was that the initial flirtatious and physical interaction was consensual. But after that he used his position of authority to force her into escalating and continuing an inappropriate relationship. She tried to end it and he threatened and manipulated her.

There was a bipartisan resolution about to be introduced to get rid of both of them. That is likely why they chose to leave.

Gonzalez was out anyway because he lost the primary.

Sexual relations between a boss and a subordinate are often not consensual, because of the inherent power imbalance. The employee may be afraid to refuse.

There's no difference, morally or legally, between sex by coercion and sex by physical force.

The consentual relationship lasted more than a year which negates your claim of it not being consensual - he said he would marry her and when he renegged, she offed herself. There was no drugging and/or rape in the relationship.

Yet, he resigned rather than defend himself.

How do you know one way or the other? MAGA propaganda pipeline?

My "claim" is that a relationship wherein one person has substantial power over another is inherently suspect. That's why there are crimes such as statutory rape, wherein one party is unable to freely give consent. I refer to what LiveFreeNW said, above.
