It was a euphemism for "Whacking off to Fox News at 3 in the morning and sleeping until noon."
I wonder if any other President ever worked a twenty-hour week. Though since he didn't do jack shit while he was in office other than try to blackmail people, feather his nest, and get his ugly orange ass reelected, maybe twenty hours was ample.
