There are lots of things that aren't Trump's fault:
The huge decline in crime isn't his fault.
The soaring stock market isn't his fault.
The regained respect from world leaders isn't his fault.
The incredibly low unemployment rate isn't his fault.
The explosive growth in manufacturing in the US isn't his fault.
And I could go on...

And covid would have been less devastating if we hadn't had the bad fortune to have it occur during the 4 out of 16 years when we had a lunatic asshole in the White House. We had double the death rate of all other industrialized nations.
Many people think/say that their choice of President doesn't really affect their daily lives. But choosing Trump ended a lot of lives.
