It's a series of heavily edited clips. It's fake in that it's a few seconds here and there from an event that lasted hours. "Actual video" doesn't mean jack shit if it isn't complete.

I'm sure that Joseph Goebbels could put together a bunch of footage of Waffen SS officers picniking with their families in the park, or playfully throwing a ball for their puppies, or cooking hot dogs for their kids over a campfire--do you think that would accurately portray the life of Waffen SS officers? Or does footage of SS officers herding Jews into "showers" at death camps better portray life under SS rule? Tucker Carlson is like Mr. Goebbels.
