Didn't fall for it at all. It amused me so I posted it. The dude was raised in a MAGA family, indoctrinated into gun culture and he was brought up to hate trans people but then he fell in love with a trans person.

I imagine it is pretty difficult to reconcile those conflicting feelings when you are exposed to a constant stream of trans hate in your family home.
