Yet the case lives on waiting for a new prosecutor. They made a special Trump rule that applies only to Trump. No other criminal defendant in Georgia gets this.
In the ruling they said the rule doesn't disqualify Fani but being we are good Republicans, Trump gets special treatment. In this case and only in this case despite what the rule says we are disqualifying her.
Trump has recived special treatment in every court he has been in yet MAGAs scream bloody murder and say it is so unfair.
I think the rule shouldn't be whenever Trump gets a special rule just for him in court it should have to apply to every other criminal defendant in the jurisdiction.

Of course, what's really going on here is that the state is making its case stronger by removing a pretext and later grounds for an appeal. It's a very smart move.

Two things wrong in your reply - (1) President Trump has not received "special treatment" - he has been found to have been illegelly charged by the corrupt DemocRats in EVERY case that he was illegally charged with, and (2) - you said "I think" which is something that you are obviously incapable of doing correctly, otherwise you would acknowledge the obvious facts that all of the cases President Trump has been charged were falsly made by the corrupt DemocRats. Your "thinking" is flawed, as usual, and therefore your conclusions are flawed.
