Insofar as Ukraine is concerned: Trump hates Ukraine, because they refused to give in to his blackmail attempt, which got him impeached, and he LUVVS Putin, his man-bro. So given how Trump has been endlessly barking about punishing his enemies, how do you think he wants to end that war? Yes, with total surrender. He'll cut off all aid to Ukraine ASAP. The European nations might fill in the gap. Maybe.
And are you too stupid to realize that Zelensky's recent statement was just kissing Trump's ass, to possibly persuade him to not cut off aid? He has nothing to lose by trying that.
