3. Why didn't the defense? Trump could have called this guy. It is not up to the prosecution to call every witnesses. Trump's defense is incompetent if they thought that guy was helpful to their case and didn't call him.

5. 😆 Trump knew he was facing indictments in several jurisdictions for criminal acts he committed prior to running in 2024. The government isn't prosecuting him because he is running for office. They are prosecuting him because he committed criminal acts.
