1. & 2. Since he paid with personal money for a campaign expense without reporting it. It is a campaign expense violation.

There is no link that the money is campaign money

3. Why didn't the defense? Trump could have called this guy. It is not up to the prosecution to call every witnesses. Trump's defense is incompetent if they thought that guy was helpful to their case and didn't call him.

Trump doesn't have to call him.  He is the only person who can link the trail but the prosecution wouldn't call him.

 5. 😆 Trump knew he was facing indictments in several jurisdictions for criminal acts he committed prior to running in 2024. The government isn't prosecuting him because he is running for office. They are prosecuting him because he committed criminal acts. Running for political office isn't a get out of jail free card.

The fact the the number 3 guy in the DOJ was brought in to help with the prosecution is more evidence that the biden gang is behind this.  Marchan donated money to biden & his daughter raises millions for democrats 

These cases could have been brought up years ago, but they didn't until they realized Trump was running for president.  The other 3 cases are falling apart.  Florida is in trouble with the FBI accused of evidence tampering.  Willis is going to get kicked off her case.  Washington will go down due to presidential immunity.

6. Anybody is allowed to show up outside the court house and it is perfectly legal to do so.

That by definition is the falsified business record itself.    And Tom just confessed as much.   You dont need a middle man with a falsified record to create an NDA

trumps defense is he knew nothing about the payment to his hooker...and Cohen did that with his own money unbeknownst to Trump.    That's what the jury has to believe in order to accept his defense.   And nobody is stupid enough to believe there's any lawyer on the planet anywhere who would do that especially a sewer rat like Cohen.

But if you are stupid enough to consider that scenario you have to deal with the tape discussing the transaction with Cohen.   And Hope Hicks said no money changed hands without Trumps knowledge.   And Pecker said he was actively involved in a campaign to kill stories for the Trump campaign.    So the defense is left holding their dick in their hand......but who knows?    It only takes one MAGA juror to let him off.
