If you feel you have to label everything you say as "the facts" or "the truth," that shows that you know you're lying. And just FYI, even if everything you said was 100% accurate, stating your views would still be making an argument---i.e., arguing.
What you actually do, though, is state your opinions, and then call them the "truth." That's both stupid and arrogant. You're not going to convert anyone to your way of thinking, so why do you even bother?
