Fast food costs rising

Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that fast food retailers recently introduced "value meals." McDonald's, Wendy's, KFC, Burger King, Jack in the Box...they all had $5 meals.

Now, all of them are $6. Or $7.

There are lots of folks who pretty much live on these meal deals. Maybe they've run, screaming, from the grocery store. Now they're finding that the cheapest meals are 20% more expensive. No escape.

People are hurting. Would that it could be that only MAGAs are suffering.

In the perfect world every Trump voter would have to pay 40% more so the rest of us sane people could get the pre-Trump price.

This is just one of the results of the ever increasing minimun wage law's that have been enacted for jobs that don't warrant the mandated wages employers are forced to pay for unskilled labor. These mandated wage increases are why millions of small businesses have disappeared and why very few new small businesses are started. The overheads businesses are having to pay because of rising taxes, labor costs, energy costs, city/county/state regulations are being passed on to the consumer. All of this shit started in DemocRAT states and cities as they take tax payer monies to give to pay for ilegal alien health care, cell phones, lodging, illegal unemployment, illegal welfare and for the millions of others on welfare and programs like SNAP. One only has to look at Californis as the example of such actions - which is a classic example of the driving force of DemocRAT socialism. Eventually ALL of these DemocRAT cities/states will suffer the same fate as they run out of tax payers money. British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher said it best (and correctly) -"The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money,"

I'd settle for a mandatory Trump voter mass sterilization and deportation program.

Imagine how our country would thrive if we, one way or another, got rid of every single MAGA! For one thing, our average IQ would be twenty points higher. And we in blue states would no longer have to subsidize the red state goobers. They'd have to buy their own gallon bottles of Ripple and chewin' terbacky.

Bullshit. The minimum wages in CA, OR, WA, etc. are the same as they were prior to Trumpflation.

You should admit it. Trump caused this shit. Not Biden. Not sunspots. Not locusts. Not Miley Cyrus. Not the Green Bay Packers.

Wrong. The minimun wages are ever increasing and the wage increases were the reason for the snow balling effects thay have caused. An example - California's most recent statewide minimum wage increase was to $16.50 per hour, effective January 1, 2025. However, there was a separate, specific increase for fast-food workers, raising their minimum wage to $20 per hour on April 1, 2024. -- https://www.google.com/search?q=when+was+the+last+time+california+raised+the+minimum+wage&oq=When+was+the+last+time+California+raised+the+minimun+wage&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0i22i30l2j0i512i546l4.26160j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

And Trump didn't take office until AFTER that increase, fool.

When President Trump took office has nothing to do with the effects of the minimun wage increases that have led to being one of the big reasons for today's prices.

Trump-licker 😂😂😂😂😂

Another kevin lie.  In 2023 the CA rate was $15 per hour.  In 2025 it is $16.50 an 11% increase

The minimum wage in California will increase to $16.50 per hour effective January 1, 2025. Here are the key points:

California's minimum wage will increase to $16 per hour for all employers, effective January 1, 2024. This marks an increase from the current rate of $15.50 per hour was $15.00 in 2023. Some cities and counties may have local minimum wages that exceed this state rate
