All the evidence & testimony is new; so it was unavailable to Barr at that time. Nobody is saying that the testimony is incorrect. Once this testimony started to come out Weiss changed his story, biden stopped saying that he never met with his son's partners or spoke to him about business. He now says he doesn't discuss his business dealings.

The Mueller investigation stalled because Barr sat on it--as he was a loyal Trump lackey at the time. There were mountians of evidence, but historically, justice systems, when a fascist dictator is in charge, tend not to prosecute criminal cases against that fascist dictator. Trump wasn't going to send anyone home in a box, but he definitely had ways to pressure people into letting him skate--as he did, of course. That's why the investigation just up and ended one merry fine day.

One thing I can apply a high level of confidence in (P <.05 or better) is that the real indisputable and irrevocable evidentiary mass is escalating rapidly vs Biden. Those R dogs are chasin that Biden car at full speed. Yet, all the propagandized and, conversely, ultimately real and necessary filters haven't been applied to said evidence as of today. Time'll tell, but a windfall/ bombshell ( charges , indictments, court logistics and assignments) isn't imminent..it'll take months, if not longer, if it occurs at all.

I have seen no evidence that would be admissible in a criminal or civil court so at best it is the next Durham report.
