If the participants violate laws of any jurisdiction in which the protests are performed, the law-breakers should be charged, tried, and punished for any charges of which they are found guilty.
I would agree, and I do. The aggravating thing, as I often view it, is that we, the "we" being our country, our culture, our golden rule/do unto others mindset (for most) results in more 'forgiveness' of law-breaking once the "law breaking" works its way down (or up) the line into courtrooms than us ordinary john doe types think is reasonable, i.e. enough corrective action.
How's that for a run-on sentence?
