Federal Judge Freezes Trumpster’s Deportation Flights

Who wants to bet that after a short delay, deportation flights continue?

If so, they will be just as illegal as the previous ones, they will be challenged in court, and the people kidnapped will have to be flown back here.

I know there are a lot of things you don't understand, Boilerboob. So let me explain for you: once a court of law has found a government action illegal, it's much, much easier for subsequent litigants to challenge any repeat of that action. Even the Turd knows that. So he probably will come up with some other illegal way to overreach his authority.

You seem to have no problem with Trump having unlimited power. Why is that?

Do you know what "foreign nation or government" means, idiot Trump-licking Angry Charles?

It means that a violent/predatory incursion would have to have been created/sponsored BY A FOREIGN NATION OR GOVERNMENT. If a foreign person blew up a drinking fountain in the city park, that would be the actions of an individual, NOT the nation he comes from...and therefore the 1798 Act would not apply.

I noticed that you then made a feeble attempt to "prove" that the actions of the gang Trump babbled about are/were sponsored by the Venezuelan government. There's no proof of that.

AND EVEN IF THERE WAS SUCH PROOF, STUPID ANGRY CHARLES, THERE'S NO DUE PROCESS SHOWING THAT THE INDIVIDUALS DEPORTED ARE MEMBERS OF THAT GANG.

Because you know how feeble your argument is, you quote Trump's declaration/executive order as if it were actual FACTY FACTS and DA TROOTY TROOT.

You and all the other Trump lackeys and enablers disgust me. I guess I can thank whatever gods may be that a court of law, and not you, you Trump-licking piece of shit, decided the legality of this latest Turd move.

Once again, the liberal morons who spew their ignorant stupidity here are unable to comprehend plainly written English. You imbeciles can - and will - bray like jackasses, beat your chests, and shout all you want  - it will not change what has transpired and will continue to transpire.  Apparently all of you maniacs could care less about the criminals and what they have and will continue to do - don't you find that as being odd?  The clarification of this "issue" may end up with a Supreme Court decision - until then, all of the "noise" here and in the media will not decide this issue. So, go ahead and foam at the mouth, scream and holler all you want - in the end your comments are just noise, and nothing more.

A court of law disagrees with you.

Who cares.  If they arrived illegally they just got a free flight out.  Maybe next time they'll follow the law.  They don't belong here, they can appeal from their cells.  And I'm inclined to believe they were found due to their lawlessness here.  We don't want them. If you feel so strongly, you post up some money and get them out so they can live at your house.

GREGG JARRETT: The law supports Trump's deportation of violent gang members, despite judge's errant ruling -- Judge Boasberg’s precipitous ruling is wrong as a matter of law -- The Alien Enemies Act (AEA) was passed by Congress and signed into law in 1798. It is well-established, has never been repealed, and has been reviewed by courts numerous times. Four different presidents have invoked it, three of them Democrats in the 20th century. Moreover, the act is not limited to wartime authority as some claim. Presidents Woodrow Wilson and Harry Truman used the act well after both world wars had ended. -- The AEA permits a president to order the arrest and removal without a court hearing of "alien enemies" whenever there is a declared war or any "predatory incursion" perpetrated, attempted or threatened against the United States. A predatory incursion is broadly defined as entry into the U.S. for purposes that are contrary to the nation’s interests or laws. The language gives a president broad latitude in his core duty to protect the safety and security of the citizenry. - In 1948, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Truman’s use of the AEA and ruled that the law itself was constitutional (Ludecke v. Watkins, 33 US 160). Importantly, the high court stated that a president’s decision under the Act "precludes judicial review of the removal order." In other words, a judge cannot second-guess the president. The court explained, "The very nature of the President’s power to order the removal of all enemy aliens rejects the notion that courts may pass judgment upon the exercise of his discretion." -- https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/gregg-jarrett-law-supports-trumps-deportation-violent-gang-members-despite-judges-errant-ruling

Let me get this straight.  People illegally entering the country is legal, yet kicking people who illegally entered the country is illegal.  Kevin's argument, not mine.

Those people entered legally and were here with US government permission.

Not all IMMERGENTS ARE ILLEGULS.

Who cares? I care. If we start hauling people away due to mere suspicion and/or race hatred, then we're no better than some banana republic.

And Iggo...only an utter fool would think that this kind of disregard for the law and due process won't bite THEM on the butt somewhere down the line.

You don't even realize that those people were here legally? And that they can't be summarily removed due to the whims of a dictator?

Well. maybe you don't...whcih is alarming and sad. Cheering when the rights of others are violated is STOOOPID.

STOOOPID, Igoo. STOOOOOOOOOPID. (And morally wrong, but none of you MAGAs have any morality.)

Didn't say it was. But United States law is that the most recent court ruling on a subject is the one that should be followed. You can fantasize that the verdict will be overturned while swinging your tiny dick and masturbating to Trump videos. But the reality is that such decisions are rarely overturned.
