Federal judge orders ICE to lay off protesters in Minnesota

Oh, come on. Stop trying to shore up your opinions by calling them "the actual facts," "truth," "reality," blah blah blah.

Do you even realize that doing so weakens, rather than strengthens, your arguments?

The truth is the truth - criticizing reality does not change the reality.

Calling something the truth or reality doesn't make it true or real. You know this, which is why I'm puzzled as to why you continue to use that feeble tactic. Your constant goal is to attract attention and start arguments--it amuses you, I get it --but you don't realize that the way you present your opinions--as genuine one hundred percent truthful true truth and facty reality facts--makes people less willing to engage with you. As does your habit of responding to any disagreements with the pompous pronouncement, "I SPEAK THE TRUTH!!" or some variation thereof.

Again, you seem to not realize that these habits just make you appear silly and weak and reduce the interactions that you crave. I do realize that admitting that to yourself would require the painful self-aware realization that you've just been shooting yourself in the foot. No one wants to have your opinions shouted at them and then be called a liar or otherwise insulted when they dare to disagree with "THE TRUTH."

I'm telling you this in good faith and in an honest attempt to inform you of how you can enjoy this forum more. You've been fairly civil recently, due to Anthony having admonished you, I suspect, and you might have noticed that more people are willing to interact with you. But when you decide to abandon actual discussion and merely claim, "I SPEAK THE TRUTH!!"--particularly when what you're stating is merely an opinion--thst turns people off.

I fully expect the above advice to fall on deaf ears and for you to call me a liar, insult me, spout some variation of "YOU TOO YOU TOO," and maybe throw in some "TDS TDS TDS" or "woke woke woke" for good measure. I also fully expect for you to return to your old self after Anthony's ban expires.

I sincerely hope I'm wrong. You have much to offer if you would only discard your more obnoxious habits for good. But that'll only happen if you admit to yourself that those habits are indeed obnoxious.

I tried 🙄

I boil all things down to ( 1) true or untrue, (2) you will or you won't, (3) yes or no.

Opinions don't conform to 1), don't necessarily inform actions 2), and by definition, are not yes or no, in that they don't confirm or disconfirm anything 3).

Again, this is why your constantly elevating the opinions you agree with to the status of "THE TRUTH" is weak and absurd. But I think you understand what I mean, even if you can't bring yourself to acknowledge it or change your behavior accordingly. That's fine. My advice was well-intentioned, but you can of course ignore it and continue as you have. End of discussion.

My points about truth and reality remain steadfast. You are entitled to your opinion.

So I can better understand what you meant earlier by labeling a post as truth and fact and better understand what you are trying to say, please answer this question:

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?: "That the vehicle struck the agent is a fact, that the driver intended to strike the agent is an opinion."

In life I have observed that if people are really good at their job; or if they are really bright; or, if they are truly honorable, honest, responsible; or if they are deeply religiously committed, etc.--they do not need to tell me they are.  Their actions tell me that.  On the other hand . . . .
