I'd think Manafort gets indicted in NY on State charges, so Trump can't pardon him. I'd guess these first indictments are.relatively low level, so Donald doesn't waste his silver bullets
It will be interesting to see who gets popped on Monday. They already have Manafort on the State charges as you mentioned, so I wonder if it is possible Muller goes all shock and awe on Donny and files the first Federal charges against Jr. or Kushner. Either way Trump has already become totally unglued today.
