Florida is seeking felony charge against Robert Kraft in solicitation case

LOL! He fought the law and the law won.

Prosecutors in Florida are attempting to elevate the prostitution-related charges against Patriots owner Robert Kraft from misdemeanors to felonies, according to a published report.

The filing comes as the state is appealing a lower court ruling that tossed out video footage and other evidence used to charge Kraft with two misdemeanor counts of soliciting prostitution earlier this year.

The South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported Friday that the state attorney general said Kraft could face a third-degree felony charge, which is punishable by up to five years in prison if the state wins its appeal of the lower court order.

The state asserts that “Mr. Kraft’s guilt is a virtual certainty’’ based on the video footage.

Soliciting a hooker to have a little fun is a felony? Then Trump should have been in prison a long time ago.

They offered him a very generous plea where all he would have to do is pay a fine, do some community service and go to "John School." This is what happens when you don't take sweetheart deals.  Maybe, after 2020 Trump and Kraft can get an adjoining cell.

And in the White House, the world's most expensive whore wonders whether she cut a bad deal after all. There was a Ford dealer in my hometown who thundered in his ads, "WE WILL NOT BE UNDERSOLD!" I think that's what happened to poor Melanoma.
