Again the story is 18 months old.  Has the investment recovered?  Nobody is saying.  By the way NYS has over $500m invested in Russia.  New York employees and taxpayers are unwittingly financing Russian companies and the oligarch pals of Vladimir Putin with at least $519 million invested in assets
