Florida ballot measure goes for $15 minimum wage
60% of Florida voters said yes to a living wage for their workers.. Good for them.
I'm just glad it was Republican voters who implemented this measure and not President Obama....because then its like Socialism or somthing.
Those snowflake liberal West Coast elite states recognized this reality some time ago--that in the near-absence of cost-of-living increases, the federal minimum wage has actually decreased over time. The $15 minimum wage isn't some radical liberal socialist conspiracy---it's an overdue adjustment.
We found out on Tuesday just how stupid Floridians are...I wonder if the minimum wage ballot measure was cunningly worded so that confused Floridians voted "yes" when they thought they were voting against it. If they truly want all the inferior (according to them) races to earn enough to live on, yes, good for them. Now, if they could only stop drinking the Republican Kool-aid.
