Why? You might ask? Why does David claim that the opinion of someone he doesn't know and has never met is factual? What does he believe that someone's OPINION is the "truth"?
I'll tell you--it's because it sounds good to him. David leads a sad little life where his standard for what is true and what isn't is whether he agrees with it. Unfortunately, an alarming number of people in this country share his disorder.
