Forget "The Art of the Deal", Trump has perfected the Art of the Steal!

So the boss told Trump to keep the medal, and you are whining?

Nope.   Trump took it.   The FIFA CEO was reaching for it,  but instead of giving it back,  Trump pocketed it.   So instead of making a scene and possibly making himself and/or Trump look foolish,  he played it off.   It's in the article in plain English.

Just another example of Trump being shady.  But, no worries.  Just thought it was apropos for Trump

What you have posted is easily disputed by the article - and the video. President Trump did pocket the medal in plain sight  AFTER all of the other mdals had been presented - as the article states - and the official did see this - but after President Trump looked his way, gave President Trump the thumbs up and allowed President Trump to keep the medal. Anyone with an unbiased eye can see this here in this complete, uncropped video at the 10:18 minute mark --https://www.google.com/search?q=video+of+President+Trump+pocketing+a+medal&oq=video+of+President+Trump+pocketing+a+medal&aqs=chrome..69i57.18892j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#fpstate=ive&vld=cid:d5e29602,vid:ZmR8hvKOCNw,st:0

I'll give it a go! Spent about 3 minutes in total, using Google AI, and I found it was pretty spot on with my thoughts on this.

Indy metro population 2,111,040, LA metro population 18,420,000. That's our baseline, let's go!

AI says:

"Larger cities tend to have a higher cost of living compared to medium-sized cities primarily due to increased demand for housing, goods, and services, which drives up prices. This higher demand is often fueled by greater job opportunities, diverse amenities, and a more vibrant cultural scene in larger metropolitan areas.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Factors contributing to higher costs in larger cities:
  • Housing:
    .
The most significant factor is the higher cost of housing, both for renting and buying. Larger cities attract more people, leading to increased demand for limited housing, which drives up prices.

  • Competition:
    .
Greater population density in larger cities means more competition for everything, from housing to jobs, restaurants, and entertainment, leading to higher prices.

  • Transportation:
    .
In large cities, transportation costs can be higher, especially if relying on public transportation, which may have higher fares or require more frequent trips.

  • Goods and Services:
    .
The perceived value of goods and services in larger cities can be higher, and the cost of transportation to deliver those goods can also contribute to higher prices.

Why medium-sized cities might offer a more balanced cost of living:
  • Lower demand for housing:
    .
Medium-sized cities often have a more balanced supply and demand for housing, resulting in lower rental and purchase prices.
  • More affordable lifestyle:
    .
While they may lack some of the amenities of larger cities, medium-sized cities often offer a more affordable lifestyle with lower costs for everyday expenses.
  • Stronger community:
    .
Many medium-sized cities offer a more close-knit community feel, which can be a desirable alternative to the anonymity of larger cities.

In essence, the cost of living in a larger city is a trade-offWhile larger cities offer more opportunities and amenities, they also come with a higher price tag. Medium-sized cities can offer a more balanced lifestyle with lower costs, but may lack some of the attractions and opportunities of their larger counterparts."

So my question would be, why does MAGA like to tear down the places other people live that they don't like? It's very high school thinking. Love where you live and learn from people who love where they live, so you might one day enjoy a visit.

Any thoughts?

I missed the part where MAGA likes" to tear down places where other people live" -- care to post a link to this claim you are making here?  Or, is this another made up lie that you have formulated?

This harks back to when I was young and working in Ssn Francisco. The City, as it's called, is absolutely beautiful. It's quite small, with no real room to grow, so housing is astronomical. But it also has a terrific transit system, so you can live there without a car.

Some of my workmates lived 90 minutes away, just so they could afford a house. Others lived in the suburbs, and endured a somewhat less gross commute. I opted to live in The City, a ten minute cable car ride from work. Could I save up any money? Naah. But I could be at Symphony Hall in 20 minutes...go record shopping...eat the best Chinese food in America...visit beautiful Golden Gate Park...go see a Giants game. Oh, and bookstores that rivaled NYC.

So you live where the amenities and the cost of living are in harmony for you.

Only an evil little shit like you would attempt to justify Trump's thievery.

It's not a physically tearing down reference; it's that MAGA and MAGA media like to point out the worst things in a blue state and ignore what people enjoy. Hence my statement, "Love where you live and learn from people who love where they live, so you might one day enjoy a visit."

I get it though, your entire world is Texas and multiple trips to Vegas, enjoy! I enjoy more variety in my travel and no matter where I am, I focus on the positive experience.
