Here is the entire sentence from Neil Cavuto:
“In this newly unsealed court paper, we’re learning that former President Trump resorted to crime in a bid to cling to power after the 2020 election.”

And my next question is, why was this info "sealed" in the first place? Why are we learning about it only after all this time? Shouldn't it have been made available to the prosecution, aside from the public also having a right to know?
Why on earth does the justice system work differently for the Turd than for everyone else?
But to return to your point: when Fox Nooze admits that their orange master is a criminal, the bloom really IS off the rose. We can expect a gradual metamorphosis of Fox Nooze into a legitimate news channel if this sort of thing keeps up; a couple more multimillion-dollar lawsuits and they may just clean up their act for good.
I never thought I'd say that!

As usual, you post an edited version of what was said. Here is the video of what actually was said, the full, unedited content - https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-blasts-doj-election-interference-calls-federal-case-scam-after-judge-unseals-smiths-key-filing

That's not the quote. That is from Trump's spokesman. 😆
You can get the unedited version directly from the court.
One of my favorite parts was when Trump was told Pence was in danger and he replied, "so what."
I also like where it laid out how Trump's whole plan was to dispute the election before the votes even came in.
BTW: That is his plan this time too.

Jack Smith filed an updated brief to the court recently in response to the SCOTUS Presdential immunity ruling.
CNN 10/2/2024:
"The 165-page document, which lands weeks before an election in which Trump is taking another shot at the White House, offers new detail about special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the former president’s efforts to lean on state officials and paint a narrative of widespread fraud that prosecutors say Trump knew was untrue."
"Broadly, and in response to the Supreme Court’s ruling this summer that granted Trump sweeping immunity for official actions, Smith’s motion claims the former president took the steps he did as a political candidate – not as a president – and that, therefore, he is not entitled to protection from prosecution the justices identified in July."

A Weaponized DOJ, exactly what the Democrats said Trump would do and never did and here they are doing it, very fascist.
Jack Smith was never confirmed by Congress, so he really doesn't have AG powers and is likely to be stripped of any investigative powers soon.
The lawfare never ends when Democrats are in power. You can tell they are extremely worried about not being able to cheat enough to swing this election so they are back in the courts.
David, my quote from Cavuto was accurate and entirely within context. If you can show otherwise, go for it. Otherwise, you should apologize.
And you should stop with your latest whiny crybaby act. Someone might confuse you with Aaron.

Trump commited crimes. It is not weaponization to go after criminals. Ask Hunter Biden, Bob Menendez or Eric Adams.
On the other hand, Trump has promised to weaponize the DOJ to go after his political enemies without any evendince of them having commited a crime.
I take it since weaponization is a big issue, you won't be voting for him as he is literally running on weaponizing the government? Or are you just a hypocrite?

Prosecuting a criminal isn't "weaponizing." It's performing the function the DOJ was created to do. Trump is a criminal. He isn't the victim of a witch hunt. He's GUILTY, a FELON, and a CRIMINAL many times over.
Are you STOOOPID enough to think that Trump is anything but that?
