I'm not going to warch it, because Trump will be at his absolute worst, with his crude and sexist insults and his pathological lying. Harris will absolutely fucking destroy him, but will it make any difference? The MAGAs will cheer and clap even if he drops his pants and takes a shit right there on the stage.
The pundits are saying that this debate will be consequential. I doubt it. It'll just be another nauseating "Trump being an asshole" show, which we've already had more than enough of.
The only real possibility of this making any kind of difference might be if Trump becomes completely unglued and does something even his lackeys can't stand. But what would that be? His horrible beahvior in the Biden debate went completely unregarded.
