Pathetic.
Once again the democrats are do as I say not I do
Just joined the #walkout of the House chamber to protest the shameful, politically-motivated GOP vote holding AG [Eric] Holder in contempt,” Nadler tweeted in 2012.
He joined more than 100 Democrats in walking out over the vote to hold the Obama-era DOJ leader in contempt.
Then-House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., argued House Republicans were more politically motivated in attacking Holder than driven to get to the bottom of the failed operation

Tom, lets ask Marco Rubio what he thinks.
“No one can be above the law, not even the attorney general. I think it is outrageous that any attorney general, Republican or Democrat, refused to comply with Congress’ constitutional right to hold them accountable and the Justice Department accountable. I would say that if this was a Republican I think an attorney general held in contempt of Congress is someone who should resign.”
Holder was claiming some of the items Republicans were asking for were privileged. Barr is claiming the entire Mueller report is privileged. Do you see the difference Tom?
Once again Republicans including Tom prove they are the most hypocritical creatures on earth.
Doc said, "Pathetic."
I agree Frog Face is the most pathetic Attorney General in the History of the United States. He has totally shirked the duty of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in order to serve as Trump's personal attorney. He has even briefed the subject (Trump) of numerous investigation on what type of cases they are and the evidence the Justice Department has against him.
98% of the Mueller report is available. A less redacted report is available to be viewed. Not a single Democrat has gone to look at it.
This is a Hail Mary to keep the issue alive
Trump's minister of Newspeak already gave us his edited for tea-baggers version of the report....and made it clear the entire investigation was doomed from the start because he believes a sitting president can not be indicted for a crime (and that is exactly why he was hired). Gotta love that he felt compelled to run to the president with the report and discuss a media strategy before releasing it to the public. He's a real objective courier of justice, isnt he? So much for the attourney general being an independant prosecutor for the people.
Another lesson in why you can not allow entities to investigate themselves.
Mueller will ultimately speak for himself at some point which should prove to be more useful. Republuicans are obstructing as much as possible in the meantime in the hopes that people forget about everything. Good luck with that.
Tom, I agree 98% of it is available, so why is Trump now claiming the whole thing is privileged information that Congress has no right to see?
Yes, there was a proposal to let a handful of House leaders see a less redacted version. Legally speaking, they are entitled to see the whole thing, and even that less redacted version that was offered had all kinds of limitations placed on it. It couldn't leave a locked room that was under Barr's control. The was a time limit as to how long each select person could view it. The limit was 30 minutes if I am not mistaken. They weren't allowed to bring any of their staff in, any electronic devices and not even a paper or pen to take handwritten notes. Congress also requested the supporting evidence, but Barr refused to turn any of that over.
What a generous offer Tom considering they are entitled to see the whole thing plus the evidence in question.
Frankly, what Trump and Frogface don't want Congress and the public to see are those cases that were referred out. Those likely involve things like tax evasion, bribery, insurance fraud, money laundering and other criminal schemes Trump was involved in. Barr reluctantly admitted when questioned by the Senate that he had briefed Trump (the likely subject of the investigations) on these cases.
