Gas Prices Soaring Nationwide

When the SPR is refilled, it'll cost American's money via higher gasoline prices.  It'll cost American's more money than it saved American's.  I'm willing to put my money on the table, claiming that the SPR refill will cost more than the sale generated.  PJ continues to tell us that I'm wrong, yet he's unwilling to take my bet.

I'll let other's decide who's being honest.

and I'll say it again...no sane president would put pressure on oil supply by refilling the SPR in an expensive oil environment.    Biden sure won't.

You gotta realize, Boiler grew up in the Ronny Raygun era. America had just had its balls twisted by OPEC--multiple times. So the SPR seemed like not only a good idea, but absolutely vital.

I did say the Sleepy and friends, through both actions and words, have tremendously slowed drilling and development.  Why do I say that?  Because hundreds of oil company executives and state goverment officials from pro oil states have told us so.

And you've been telling us how Biden is crushing the oil industry since he took office.  Meanwhile in the real world the US oil production has done done nothing but expand to record levels under his watch...while he passed legislation to open record amounts of Federal land to their industry.   So lets be honest.   You've been full of shit from day one.

The other night Biden said we are going to need oil for the next 10 years. Why would a company invest millions & several years developing a project that the government is looking to shut down in a few years?

And so what?  He was referencing the ongoing, free-market  transition to EV vehicles.   

Biden is halfway through his first term.   When does the destruction of the oil and gas industry begin?    Because so far you both have been proven to be full of shit.   And the oil companies are doing the oppossite of what you say they are
