And I know how to measure oil production. Barrells per Day (BPD) is the factual, mathematical metric by which output is measured. But Boilerman measures production by words in a Joe Biden speech that he cant seem to find the transcript for.

Oh my. PJ, what does Sleepy's comment that he's "going to end fossil fuels" mean to you? Drilling rig count in the US is no where near where it would if Sleepy didn't promise to "end fossil fuels". With oil prices where they are today ($78.50), and where oil prices have been the past two years ($70-$110), we should have 2000 rigs drilling. We instead have 780 rigs currently drilling in the United States. Sleepy has fucked things up.

What chart did you send regarding rig count? The last time that oil prices were this high for an extended period, 2000 rigs were drilling. As of January, there are 780. This is not a surprise given Biden's policies and rheteric. With Democrats wanting to end fossil fuels in short order, why would there be lots of drilling? Well, there's not.
Now, let's talk about why no oil company wants to spend $3-$5 billion to modify a refinery from sweet crude to sour crude. We'll, cause Sleepy and friends are fully committed to eliminate fossil fuels in short order. Who would make this type of investment in the US. No one.
The oil they produce can be sent overseas once Democrats crush US oil usage.
