As usual dealer lies.  President Trump made $10 billion available for 7 companies to develop a vaccine.  He also expedited the approval process so that the vaccine was available in less than a year.

Pfizer took zero--ZERO--money from the US to research and develop their vaccine.  They started the development when Trump was assuring us that the virus would disappear "like a miracle", or wanted to inject us with bleach, or sell us all on hydroxychloroquine or some other ignorant solutions.  But, again, he does get credit for inciting a violent riot to end the democratic process of electing a president.
