kevin continues to live in a world of delusion
The primary reason is the aging of the population
The facts
According to the Move.org report, 65% of the people who moved were between the ages of 25 and 44
Citadel founder and CEO Ken Griffin suggested on Tuesday that Miami could eventually replace New York City as the financial capital of America. “New York is the financial capital of America today, and it’s New York’s to lose,” Griffin told Bloomberg at a conference in the southern Florida city.

Georgia is turning blue
The statewide offices are all Republican. The congressional delegation is Republican majority as well as the legislature. The democrats have done well in the Senate races due more to terrible Republican candidates.
In Arizona the Reublicans have the Congressional majority & control the legislature. Very poor candidates for governor & senator caused them to lose the executive branch.
But the oldsters don't care about things like parks, roads, and schools anyway.
NYC has hardly any parks when compared to its population. Florida and Arizona have plenty of parks & very nice highways. Has kevin ever driven on the West Side Highway or the FDR Drive? How about the parking lots known as the Cross Bronx Expressway, VanWyck or the LIE? How about the Deegan? A 20-30 mile drive from the suburbs can take 90 minutes. Then there are the $13 bridge tolls.
In Florida and Az the schools remained open and enrollment is growing. NYC schools enrollment has been declining & the incompetent Board of Ed doesn't know where many of the missing students are.
Az has school choice so parents aren't held hostage to lousy public schools.
