He is talking about the Save act but he is also saying he is refusing to sign any new legislation passed by the Republican Congress unless this is passed. So by all means I hope he sticks to his guns on this and refuses to sign any new laws out of the Republican controlled congress.

My guess would be that the Turd will identify the Republipig House members who have voted against the SAVE Act and apply intense pressure. He'll doubtless threaten to send ICE thugs to burn down their houses and rape their daughters (and maybe their sons; doubtless, some of them play for the other team).
After all, the clock is ticking. It's a certainty that the Republipigs will lose control of the House. The Democrats would be THRILLED to just kick back and do nothing while MAGA breaks out into fistfights. Popcorn is freely available there, and I'll bet it's good.

If the Iran War ends up sending us into a recession then you might get a "tax rebate" bill sent to the Congress before the midterms. I guess thats been the second trick from every Republican Administration since 2000.

There is no chance that such money would be available, given the humongous Big Turd Bill deficit. And if the government borrowed its ass off to cover those rebates? Higher interest rates for everybody, and greater government costs to pay the interest on increased federal debt. You know, the stuff conservatives scream about endlessly.
