They're exercising their right to free speech.
I think rap music is stupid and ugly. But there's one thing that, despite your conservative flag-waving, you don't understand: free speech includes speech that you don't like. I would prefer that rap music just went away--but I would never dream of trying to stifle it. That's because it, like many other forms of expression, is protected by the First Amendment. Even if it IS stupid and ugly.
That's the difference between you and me. You truly don't understand what it means to be an American.
