I believe so. Abbott's culpability lies in surrounding himself with unvaccinated people rather than mandating vaccines for staff. Plus, his no-mask stance directly increased his risk of being infected.

Where is the liberal outrage over cuomo killing 15,000 people in nursing homes along with the coverup as well as whitmer& Murphy who had similar policies.
