Government SPending 2025

The big results from DOGE are in.    They got rid of park workers, IRS auditors, Inspectors General, and Veterans Affairs officers.   THey decimated the Comsumer Protection Bureau, FEMA, and the Dept of Education.    And Foreign Aid ? - fuggetaboutit !!!!

So how much money did all that huge cost cutting knock down our Federal Government spending?    Our Administration, Elon Musk and more importantly Tom/Boilerman/David  all said this was going to make a big impact.

How big of an impact?

Outlays in FY2025 totaled $7.0 trillion, a $275 billion (4%) increase from FY2024

Why were these people so wrong?  Because none of them can read a pie graph.

If we kept all these worker and departments the deficit would have been larger

Then there is the $9b that Mn stole with their fake learing centers

And it looks like an even larger number in Ca.

Job well done, Tom !    Your leadership's plan to cut spending actually increased spending.....and they cut taxes to pay for it.  I liked how you moved the goal posts from predicting spening reductions to now saying "spending increase could have been worse"

On the bright side - we dont have a FEMA to respond to natural disasters or anyone answering calls at the Social Security Administration.

But its all par for the course.    Republicans suckered their base into believing they would cut spending.....when all they did was cut services and oversite.      Im sure JD Vance will offer the same pitch in 2028 and Tom will bite just like he has for every president he's ever voted for.

So by Tom-logic, we should shut down the entire government, because that would reduce the deficit.

I'm sure he would support the defunding of ICE. Also, he must disapprove of Trump sending an "armada" to bomb Iran. That costs lotsa money! Adds to the deficit!

Stupid Tom need not worry about "stolen" money that exists only in the minds of conspiracy theorists.

I wonder how stupid Tom feels about Trump's $90 billion throne room. Tariff revenue should go to reduce the deficit,, not to pay for Trump's solid gold toilet.

Stupid Tom.
