EEOC laws are passed by congress, then signed by the president, and most of the current laws are decades old. They are laws, not "his own" laws.

You make a point about something being decades old. That example provided by the EEOC telling a person of color to go back to where they came from was presented because it is considered a cinch case. In other words, it is so well settled that it isn't even debatable that it is racism.  It took decades of litigation and case law to establish that as an example of irrefutable racism. Bob argues that Trump should be held to a much lower standard than anyone else. Hell a Bubba with an 8th-grade education that shovels shit for a living is held to that standard. Bob thinks our "stable genius" President should be held to a lower standard than Bubba the shit shoveler. 

I don't give a shit how many people Biden gets to attend his rally. I know for sure there won't be any Nazi chanting at his rallies.

But you are right about one thing - you can be racist with your friends and get away with it.     My friends frequently call me Daego as a term of endearment  because of my Italian heritage.  I take zero offense from them.   If a stranger called me that I would be more inclined to be offended.
