Unfortunately the Socialists are taking over a good chunk of the Democratic Party. A good number of the more radical ones sound like Mark was cloned. They're easy to spot though. And by the way, as an aside to you Trumpers who keep tremblingly bleating about SOOOOOOCIALISM, the fact of the matter is that we have free education through high school (socialism), roads paid for by the federal government (socialism), programs to support retired people (socialism), a heavily subsidized federal postal service (socialism), farm subsidies (socialism), various tax-funded protective agencies such as the FDA and Consumer Protection Agency (socialism), low-cost student loan programs, and educational grants (SOOOOOOCIALISM). So if you're afraid of socialism, it's too late. It's already here, Trumpers, and you have no choice but to kill yourselves.

Gosh, I thought you were David Miller's second account. Seriously, Kevin has been a real breath of fresh air and just what this forum needed.
Charles, Talk about ironic claiming Socialists are practicing McCarthyism. Collectively, there are millions of racists, neo-nazis, confederates and other members of various white nationalist groups in this country. Those that are politically active form the core of Trump's base. Charles likes to pretend this isn't true because it makes him sleep better at night. Charles likes to forget Trump actually hired several White Nationalists and one bonafide Nazi to work in the White House for him.
Part of it is what's termed "cognitive dissonance." A Trumper thinks:
1. Trump is a traitorous, evil, stupid jerkwad.
2. I voted for him.
3. Therefore, I must also be a traitorous, evil, stupid jerkwad.
4. I don't want to believe that I'm anything but a wonderful person.
5. Therefore, I must deny the reality of #1.
That's what's behind all the Trump-love. Trumpers have an itchy, crawly feeling that they backed the wrong horse. But to admit that now would be hurtful. So they double down on the lie, say everything is FAKE NOOZE, and put on their red hats and go to another hate rally.
First, since Kevin insists on insulting half the country, I will point out that he is an absolute moron. The thing that the anti Trumpers will never understand is this.....Trump voters have to be given a BETTER CHOICE. Trump voters will NOT vote for socialists or candidates slimier than Trump is. Given a choice between Clinton and Trump the choice for me was more than easy. Will democrats ever offer up a candidate that's not a leftist? No. So I'm stuck with Republican candidates. Say what you will about PRESIDENT Trump, he's not a socialist.
Calling Trumpers traitors isn't insulting them, any more than calling Jeffrey Dahmer a murderer is an insult. And if I was actually a moron, I wouldn't have been able to write my posts or read yours, would I? Disagreeeing with YOU doesn't make me a moron. You're not that important.
You Trumpers HAD a better choice. Hillary. Was she perfect? Far from it. But voting for an evil narcissist because you didn't like Hillary was like setting fire to yourself because the coffee shop ran out of cheesecake.
I would also like to ask you: what, exactly, is wrong with socialism? That's been a talking meme with Republiholes for years now. I think many Trumpers equate it with communism--but it's not the same thing at all. There are many socialist countries currently in existence. Most of them are doing pretty well.
I don't really want to know what dark recesses of your mind made you ignore Trump's horrible faults and vote for him. Was it as simple as misogyny--you didn't want to see a "bitch" in the White House? Or was it something much more reprehensible? (Don't answer that, it was a rhetorical question; I no more want to explore your mind than I want to clean out the grease trap.)
