The Green New Deal plan from Bernie

Price tag is 16 Trillion Dollars

And its paid for with a carbon tax, income tax, and redistribution of subsidies from fossil fuel to renewables.

Contrary to honest reporting from honest brokers of information on this forum....this Green New Deal plan did not cost 90 trillion dollars with no payment mechanism.   Nor was any such plan of that nature endorsed by any Democrat candidate running for president.

People are free to opine on whether this plan is wise or not.    But they aren't free to make up what is costs or how it lacks any plan for funding.

If under bernie's plan we are eliminating fossil fuels, how can one tax fossil fuel companies?

PJ claimed multiple times that there was no New Green Deal. Now he knows what it is and what it will cost, thanks to Bernie. Hey PJ, where's the CBO analysis that you were demanding about something that you said didn't exist that shows Bernie isn't just pulling numbers out of his ass? 

Thats right, Bob.  I did make that claim.   And I was right because Bernie just gave us his plan yesterday.

And it did not cost 90 trillion dollars as falsely reported by Tom last week.   Nor is there a missing payment mechanism as falsely reported by Tom last week.     Nor is there any Democrat that endorsed such a plan as falsely reported by Tom last week.

Bernie has the courage to tell you his spending has to be paid for...and he tells you who is going to pay for it.  You can agree or not agree with the plan but that dynamic is in place.

Donald Trump and Paul Ryan told you their tax cuts would pay for themselves.    And Mexico would pay for Da-Wall.    And thats true in history as well.   Did you see my super cool graph on the other thread?

I saw the video of Bernie promising everything while not telling us how all of his freebies would be paid for. The video is one of the most ignorant things I have ever made myself watch. Sanders and his followers are truly crazy. Everytime he stated each giveaway those standing behind him screamed. I wonder if Bernie saw fit to make sure they got paid their $15 per hour. Only an idiot would vote for him.
