I read that the usual punishment in these circumstances is six months in jail followed by six months under house arrest. The Turd sure ain't gonna get any leniency after his behavior during the trial!

As a first-time (convicted) offender? And as a very elderly man? The smart people commenting on this say that prison is unlikely.

I would temper that with his behavior in the courtroom. NY has a sentence enhancer if the defendant doesn't show respect for the law. There is hours of Trump on tape disrespecting the legal system. He should get some jail time even if it is just a couple of months.
