I'm guessing that Tom, who failed so miserably as a "district" judge, is now about to tell us, as an "appeals" judge, legal reasons why Trump's conviction will be overturned.  Perhaps this time he will at least read the indictment.

It's truly baffling how stupid Tom and his kind aren't willing to consider the possibility that their hero actually did commit the crimes with which he was charged. Do they REALLY think he did nothing wrong?

Well, he said that he's a "very innocent man."  Isn't that proof enough?  When he said that he actually won in 2020, wasn't that proof enough?  People believed him.  When Hitler said that Poland attacked Germany in 1939, wasn't that proof enough?

But the mayor of NYC can't get a meeting to discuss immigration.

The judge is a biden donor & his daughter is a democrat fund raiser.

All of the witnesses were Trump employees and/or Republicans.  But, I know your answer:  there was no crime.
