 Three things (1) what you quote is just part of the agreement, (2) the Hamas now no longer have any leverage with the United States and Israel because they no longer have hostages to hide behind and (3) with the rest of the middle East nations in agreement, it will be much more difficult for Hamas to continue their attacks and killings. 

It will be easy for Israel to resume their killing. Obviously, you're MAGA, and MAGA's bleat has always been rabidly pro-Israel, but there are no "good guys" here. Israel has killed twenty times as many Palestinians as Israelis who were killed in the Hamas attack. And how many of those Palestinians were Hamas members? Not a tenth.

You can insult me all you want, babble on and on about liberals, tell us how big Trump's dick is, etc. etc. The fact is that the Palestinians will never agree to a cessation of hostilities unless Israel guarantees to cease its attacks and withdraw its forces. And they'll never do that, because Trump has ordered them not to.
