The common definition of "entitled," particularly from a sociopolitical context, is "Afforded or given an exceptional privilege, asset, or power." Now, Jerry, I know you're kind of thick, but being or having been Vice President has historically been one of the most common paths to a party's Presidential nomination. Therefore, her nomination wasn't an act of "entitlement"--it was the most likely thing to happen...happening.
