Somebody better tell biden because he has deployed troops & the Navy to Europe & the Middle East.  The Navy has assisted Israel with missile attacks & attacked the Houthis.  Did not consult Congress

We are not currently obligated by treaty to send troops anywhere in the world. None of our military/treaty allies have been attacked.

Article 5 of the NATO Treaty require member nations to come to the defense of member nations.  The US has a mutual defense agreement with israel going back to 1952 & they are currently under attack

Biden leaves this task to the armed forces' regional commanders--as he should, given that that is their job.

Actually the rules of engagement are set by the Pentagon & biden (when he is not at the beach)

Or letting Trump's budget-busting tax cuts for the top 1% expire. Or the Border Bill that Trump tanked. Or banning books. Or Medicare free-market negotiation of drug prices. Or, or, or...

So tom, you have some weird rules I guess. Why aren't these "policies."

She has said nothing about most of that since she announced her candidacy. Nothing on her web site. 

She did announce her price control plan, which has been panned by almost everyone on both sides. 

Budget busting is the 40% increase in spending. 

The border bill still allowed 2m illegals annually

I won't bother to refute Tom's stupidity except to point out that far more than "1 out of 19,000" people take insulin every day and need it to stay alive,

Gosh tom, I thought the discussion was whether or not she has policies, not whether you like them or not. 

And she said quite a bit about those same policies in her speech at the Democratic National Convention. Maybe you heard about it. It was in all the papers.

So it's tom's rule that a policy isn't a policy unless it's a bunch of bullet points on a website. Do I have that right?
