Trump, like all successful bullies, has a primal instinct that tells him when a target can't be bullied. He's stupid--as in, really, really fucking stupid--but he knows when he's overmatched. That's why his anti-Harris nasty little insults have averaged only about thirty a day or so--which is like a normal human singing someone's praises twice a day. (And really--deliberately mispronouncing someone's name? How childish!)
So it's no surprise that he's running screaming from the prospect of debating Harris. He was able to bully Biden with lies and invective, but if he tries that with Harris, she'll clean his clock, and he, dumb as he is, knows that. I expect him to "agree" to a debate, but demand ridiculous conditions, such as it being hosted by Fox Nooze and Tucker Carlson being the moderator. Then when Harris says "no way," he can try to claim that the lack of a debate is her fault, not his.
The primary reason I want a debate--and Trump doesn't--is that in the Biden-Trump debate, the Turd's performance was just as bad as Biden's, but it got largely overlooked. That won't happen this time--and once again, the Turd knows that.
