MAGA is all about fostering and nurturing hatred of: women, nonwhite people, transgender people, immigrants (legal or not), and anyone who doesn't worship Trump.
That's the selling point. That's what gets them off. It's a sad fact, and we have to admit it to ourselves, that millions of Americans are most driven not by love of country, sense of community, principles of democracy, and all those ideals we cherish, but rather, by rabid, hateful bigotry.
They would rather tear people down than lift people up. They would rather destroy than create. They would rather have a corrupt, immoral "strongman" than a good person as their leader. And they would rather steal and cheat than earn and innovate.
So this Christmas, enjoy your family and friends, and thank whatever gods may be that you don't have MAGAs infesting your inner circle.
