Since there's no "Democrat rule" now, that's a silly prediction.
The American people rule themselves, through democratically elected representatives, some of whom are affiliated with the Democratic party, some of whom the Republican party, and some unaffiliated. No party "rules" anything.
I must admit that conservitards fantasize about, and have been trying to construct, a situation where the RepubliQ do, in fact, rule the country, but we're not there yet.
