You serious? You want to go to where there's nothing but drug dealers, rapists, and murderers? Aren't you afraid you'll get trampled as they flood across the border?

Really, I would advise you leave your MAGA hat at home. You'll be a guest, so don't treat the people as inferiors. Don't make remarks about filthy no-good immigrants. You probably shouldn't mention that you're a Trumper. Don't make jokes about shooting across the border.

You'll be treated politely as long as you don't come off as a stereotypical loudmouthed, condescending gringo. Put aside your Trump-inspired hatred and enjoy a wonderful country and its people.

 Kevin, I will be no where near the border. This is my 15th or so trip to Mexico spanning  45 years.   I have no problem with Mexican legal immigrants. Any illegals regard less of the country should not be allowed. I get along quite nicely with the local Mexicans.

 Mark, I'm heading to a small island off of Cancun called Isla Mujeres. I will spend most of my time eating drinking and lounging by the water.  Meeting Chicago friends there.  The chick is of Mexican/Spanish decent.  Born in the US to legal, and quite wealthy immigrants.  She speaks fluent Spanish.  Sitting at the gate in Indy.

Sounds like fun and enjoy yourself. But not too much ;)

A bit too much already 

Better to be down there than getting blasted by all the storms that are hitting the US. Enjoy the sun and hold yourself to no more than ten margaritas a day.
