That was before Obamacare and because Republicans refuse to fund Obamacare it is Obamacare now. And the Republicans don't even have an alternative health care plan to present much less hold a vote on.
Their inaction means people that are already suffering from Trump's affordability crisis will be hit even harder. Those small hospitals in rural (MAGA) areas will loose their hospitals.
They will be held accountable in the midterms for their incompetence.

You are delusional. You liberals are all the same - you cause a problem and then blame the Republicans for not having cleaned up your mess immediately. President Trump was not in office when the "affordability crises" started - your President and the DemocRATs caused this crisis and while doing so, not a word from you.

Obamacare fixed a problem on a short term basis. My criticism at the time it passed was that the subsidies would have to be increased every few years to continue to make it affordable and that is exactly where we are.
Republicans are in charge so it is up to them to fix it. They could do a short term fix and bring the subsidies back or they could come up with an all new plan of their own. They are so incompetent that they can't do either.
Well, Trump better not ask JD Vance for help........or maybe he already did. Trump did mention that his #2 was incompetent.

Obama did not "fix" anything. He lied about the virtues of his plan - "you can keep your doctor, the plan will cost less than your cell phone bill" - and refrained from saying the worst part about his plan , that it would and only could work if it was funded by ever esculating funding from the government - at tax payer expense. Granted Republicans are currently in charge - and once again you bitch because they have not immediately cleaned up the mess Obama, Biden and the DemocRATs caused. Bringing the tax payer funded subsidies back is not a "fix" - either short term or long term - doing so is not the solution for a problem the DemocRATs own.
Yes, David, they will fix it all on Day One. Oops, maybe Day 318. OK, Day 700. All right, Day Never. And it will be AWL BIDENZ FAWLT!!!
You sad little sheep.

Your flippant, asinine remarks here are all you have. If you are so smart, why don't you tell the government how to fix the health care crisis. All of America awaits your solution.
I have been on Obamacare for years through my employer and prior to that when I was self-employed. I have always been able to go to the doctor I want.
I am "bitching" because for once your thread title is correct. It is a crisis and an imminent one that will hit on January 1st. And Republicans have nothing not even a "concept of a plan" at this point with less than 30 days to go. Tick Tock!

Tax the everloving shit out of billionaires and big corporations and use the revenue to create true single payer health care.
Oh, and just for fun, nuke your hometown of Bum Fuck, Texas. Take out all those welfare moochers.
See, that was easy!
