Kind of looking forward to it. I was in VP free looking at their games yesterday. Told the wife "we are going to play some multi-line nickels."
That's another thing I like about their multi-line games, that you can play five cents per line all the way up to $3 total bet (there may be a few games that'll let you go higher; I'm not sure). Allows you to ride a hot streak or dial it back when you're getting beaten up, without changing games or machines. Unlike almost all other VP games, the paytables are the same regardless of what denom or coins per line you select.
The most fun multi-line games are the 10/6 DDB Spin Pokers, the left three machines in a bank of six on the west side of the casino (near the bar). There are some other gimmick games on those machines like STP, but not quite as good paytables. You also have to poke around before you can find the 10/6 DDB straight multi-lines. If you play five nickels a line, that's $2.25 on Spin or $2.50 on 10-play, and that'll get you the promos in about an hour. Get a player's card for each of you and score $40 in free play with the Tuesday promo. Not to mention the LVA wheel spins.
Of course, if you want the point multipliers, you generally will have to play single line. There's one machine in there that actually allows you to play multi-line WITH the multipliers...and it even does the once-daily (4:30-5:00) 75X multiplier! I hit that machine at 4:00 and then play max coin like a maniac during the bonus period. Last trip, I earned $300 worth of points that way. (And no, I don't dare say which machine it is...they'd fix it.)
The next best game during multiplier periods is a NSUD 1-100 coins with a progressive (no penalty to the paytable). There are two of them in the back alcove on the north side of the casino.

Kevin, they have one machine at the 4 Queens, since the last post I hit my 3rd 4 quads. This time at the Fremont. The first one was at the Sherwood Forest Bar at the Excalibur. I wasn't playing seriously at that one. I was just dicking around for free drinks.
Now I am enjoying the view of the skimply dressed black waitress at Whiskey Licker Up. What a goddess 😍

Kevin it was above average for the location. I had the Shrimp Poor Boy. What didn't realize was how big the place was. And it is kind of neat getting to be in that part of the old Mint.
